Arrival at the airport and pick up

Welcome to Tanzania. After arriving at Kilimanjaro international airport you will find our team waiting for you. You will be driven to your hotel in Arusha. You will spend the rest of the day relaxing at your hotel or exploring the town of Arusha. In the evening our team will meet you to brief you on the safari.

Day 1: Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast the tour will departs from your hotel to the Lake Manyara National Park 130 km and will take 2½hours. Lake Manyara National Park offers breathtaking views and a large variety of habitats including elephants, buffalo, giraffes and tree climbing lions. The Park boasts of acacia woodlands, water forests, baobab strewn cliffs, algae-streaked hot springs, swamps and the lake itself. You will spend the day on game drive. In the afternoon you will have your picnic lunch at Endala Picnic site before proceeding for the late afternoon game drive. This small Park supports a large number of animal species and incredible bird life. Manyara has the largest concentration of baboons anywhere in the world. You will exit the park in the evening then drive to a lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Lake Manyara to Serengeti National park

After breakfast you will depart heading to Serengeti National Park, a 3-hours drive, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we will descend into the heart of wild Africa: the Serengeti National Park with its endless plains rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. We will then head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park featuring the Seronera River which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracting different species of wildlife. You will have your lunch after which you will continue with the afternoon game drive. In the evening you will be driven to your lodge where you will have dinner and stay for the night.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

On day 3 after breakfast, you will have a full game drive in the Serengeti National Park at a time when the animals are most active and can be easily spotted. Here you will see all big cats, the lion, cheetah and leopards and other different species of animals and birds. After lunch you will proceed with afternoon game drive till early evening when you will be driven to Ngorongoro Conservation Area for dinner and overnight stay at your lodge.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

On day 4 after an early breakfast, you will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife. Supported by a year round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro conservation Area supports a vast variety of animals which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big attraction in this picturesque national park is its dense population of predators which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard. After lunch you will proceed with the afternoon game drive till evening when you will be transferred back to Arusha for an overnight stay at your hotel.
