While in Cambodia finishing up the last project, I mentioned the project in Arusha, Tanzania that would be next on my agenda. It’s a huge undertaking with two schools side-by-side, Kionga and Kisongo. There are 1,500 students that attend this school. Once the repairs are complete, volunteers from all over the globe will join us to paint the kids desks, benches and any walls. Then their English teaching project begins in the classrooms. English is brand new for these kids and their skills are very limited. Volunteers will have their work cut out for them.
UPDATE: We have moved the volunteer dates forward – for safer travel and volunteers feeling more comfortable travelling. – we are adjusting the dates to begin building our Maasai primary school to 2021. At this point, we are hopeful that travel/tourists will open by April 2021. This will enable us time to form the school foundation – preparing to accept volunteers. Lets make this happen!!

We are so excited to see our new school and learn some English. We welcome everyone to meet us!!
