Day Tours

So many exciting tours in Cape Town. Check your websites and let us know if there is any tour(s) you would like us to book for you. Here are a couple of tours that we enjoyed personally!! 🙂

Great White Shark Dives –  This is completely safe – you are in a caged environment (no petting sharks with arms outside the cage ) and many more stops of interest along the way. Everything you need to know will be explained in the briefing you receive when you get to the shark dive.

You will spend about 20 minutes in the cage after which another set of divers will enter the cage whilst you enjoying the viewing from the boat. Should you not wish to cage dive, don’t worry. The viewing from the boat is exceptional and as a non-diver, you will also have an awesome experience! For those die-hard divers out there, you are welcome to enter the cage a second time.

The boat is at sea for roughly 2 1/2 to 3 hours depending on the condition. Onboard you can enjoy the complimentary mineral water, snacks and drinks. No alcohol or smoking is allowed on any of the great white shark cage diving boats in Gansbaai.

Table Mountain – an exciting ride up the mountain by gondola with spectacular 360 degree views of Cape Town once you are at the top. Table Mountain Table Mountain is the most iconic landmark of South Africa. It is also the country’s most photographed attraction and its famous cable car took millions of people to its top. Table Mountain has become the single most welcoming icon to not only our people, but travellers from all over the world. Tourists can ride the cable car to the top or there is hiking to the top for the traveller that didn’t hike Kilimanjaro! 🙂

Wine Tours – Any choice is a good choice and need no introductions but are one of the best tours in any wine region. Stellenbosch & Franschhoek includes lunch and all tastings…..recommend a sober driver….just sayin’.

The wine regions of Paarl, Franschoek, and Stellenbosch produce some of the finest wines in the Cape Winelands, surrounded by lush mountains and rolling vineyards. On this tour, enjoy a comprehensive introduction to South African wine as you visit four different wineries; sample a wide variety of red and white wines, including port brandy and sparkling wine; stop at a local restaurant for lunch; and taste regional specialties including cheese and chocolates.

Visit websites to choose a tour – they are very similiar and 1/2 day tours are perfect!!
